Terms of Service

Effective date: July 2, 2026. The service is provided by Untraced Solutions LLC (Limited Liability Company (LLC), registered in Wyoming, USA), address: 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, paying for a subscription, or using the Untraced apps and servers (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

Untraced is privacy and cybersecurity software that encrypts the user’s internet connection with the WireGuard protocol and routes traffic through our servers, hiding the real IP address. The Service is provided on a subscription basis for personal use.

3. Account

Using the Service does not require an e-mail address or personal data. An account is a randomly generated number. You are fully responsible for keeping this number safe: it cannot be recovered, because we store no personal data linked to it.

4. Acceptable use

By using the Service, you agree not to do the following:

• violate applicable law or the rights of third parties;
• send spam or malware, or carry out network attacks (DDoS, port scanning, hacking);
• distribute material that exploits minors;
• infringe copyright and intellectual property rights;
• resell or provide access to the Service to third parties without our consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access on reasonable suspicion of a violation of this section.

5. Payment and subscription

Subscription prices are listed on the Pricing page. Payment is accepted by bank card and cryptocurrency. The subscription does not renew automatically — you add time to your account yourself. All prices exclude taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

6. Refunds

Refund terms are described in the Refund Policy. For card payments, a 30-day money-back guarantee applies.

7. Privacy

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. The Service is designed not to keep logs of your network activity.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make reasonable efforts to ensure stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for outages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Untraced Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service over the last 12 months.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
