Refund Policy

1. 30-day guarantee

For subscriptions paid by bank card, a 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the payment date. If the Service did not fit, write to us within that period — we will refund the full amount.

2. How to request a refund

• write to [email protected] with your account number;
• state the approximate date and payment method;
• we will process the request and refund via the same method used for payment.

3. Processing time

A refund is initiated within 5 business days after confirmation. The actual crediting depends on your bank or payment provider and usually takes from a few days to two weeks.

4. Cryptocurrency payments

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and anti-money-laundering requirements, refunds of crypto payments are limited. We review such requests individually and, where possible, offer equivalent compensation in subscription time.

5. Exceptions

A refund may be declined in the following cases:

• the request is submitted after the 30-day period;
• the account was blocked for violating the Terms of Service;
• signs of refund-policy abuse are found (repeated refunds).

6. Vouchers and resellers

Subscriptions activated with a voucher or purchased from third-party resellers are not refundable through us — contact the seller for those.
